If you received a phone call or a letter from us, we have located funds we believe could belong to you. We still have to do more investigating, but we are feeling good about it. We will never ask you for a credit card, a bank account number, or any money upfront.
Our organization works on a contingent basis - that means there are NO-UPFRONT-OUT-OF-POCKET-COST to you. We cover ALL expenses related to the claim until it is paid and if the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.

Once you verbally agree to let us work your claim, we will set up a time for you to sign the paperwork to allow us to get started by sending a local notary to you (at our expense) who will notarize the paperwork and then overnight it to our office.
Claims are usually processed in 90-120 days depending on the complexity of the case. Your share of the claim is 60% of the funds collected and are remitted to you within 30 days of receipt. We do all the work! Everything is done professionally. Gaining your trust is paramount.
